Rudman Winchell is pleased to announce that Joshua A. Tardy has rejoined the firm. Having begun his career as an associate attorney at Rudman Winchell in 1993, Josh will serve the firm and its clients in an Of Counsel position as of July 1, 2018. Josh was a member of Irwin, Tardy, & Morris where he concentrated his practice on civil and criminal litigation, real estate, and counseling business clients.
In addition to practicing law, Josh is one of Maine’s most recognized political figures having served District 25 as a Representative to the Legislature where he served as House Minority Leader in the House of Representatives. Josh will continue his affiliation with the governmental affairs firm, Mitchell, Tardy, & Jackson, being present at its offices in Augusta during legislative sessions.
Josh is a graduate of the University of Maine and University of Maine Law. He resides in Newport with his wife Mary Ellen.
