Mike practices within the Corporate and Business Practices Group and General Civil Litigation. He handles complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and professional malpractice matters. Corporate clients rely on him to represent them in business tort claims, contract disputes and corporate governance issues.Mike also represents various financial institutions dealing with creditors’ rights and the recovery of outstanding debts.
In addition to his commercial litigation work, Mike represents companies and their owners, executives and directors in a wide variety of different industries as they navigate the complexities of business law ranging from start-ups to succession planning. Mike also represents borrowers and lenders on commercial loan transactions.
He attended Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice Studies in 2009 while also playing for the men’s soccer team. He later received his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island, in 2013.
