Yousra Harbouli

Yousra Harbouli, Esq., is an associate attorney at Rudman Winchell and a member of the firm’s Transactions team.
Before joining the firm, Yousra prioritized hands-on legal experience throughout law school. She worked with attorneys on a variety of matters involving real property, estate planning, and administrative and civil litigation, assisting with legal research, drafting, and client matters. She also gained experience in housing court mediation, where she developed a deeper understanding of landlord-tenant issues and the practical impact of dispute resolution on individuals and families.
Originally born in Morocco and raised in Quebec, Canada, Yousra graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and was named to the Dean’s Honour List. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a Beasley Scholar and received the Catherine Donahue Memorial Award in Trusts and Estates in recognition of her academic achievement in the field. She was admitted to the Maine Bar in 2026.
Outside of the office, Yousra enjoys deep conversations with friends and family, spending time in nature, reading literature, watching soccer, and caring for animals.
