Caitlyn S. Smith focuses her practice on litigation, primarily in the areas of family and criminal law. Caitlyn is an accomplished and aggressive litigator who has an unfailing dedication to her clients. She establishes strong and lasting client relationships by committing herself to understand each client’s needs and delivering exceptional service tailored to each client’s specific situation.
Caitlyn is an excellent advocate for her criminal and family law clients and has a passion for assisting people through some of the most difficult times of their lives. Caitlyn is active in numerous professional associations, including membership in the Maine Bar Association and serving on the board of the Penobscot Bar Association. Caitlyn is also a member of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the John Waldo Ballou Inn of Court. Additionally, Caitlyn serves on the Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce’s Governmental Affairs Committee.
Mark K. Laverdiere is a business and real estate attorney practicing in Rudman Winchell’s Business Group. He has been recognized as one of New England’s Rising Stars by the peer-reviewed Super Lawyers. Mark recently joined Rudman Winchell after practicing for many years in Orono, Maine.
Mark represents hundreds of businesses through the State of Maine. He is known for his sound judgment, attention to detail, and focus on providing his clients with good value. His dedication and excellent business sense serve both his clients and Rudman Winchell well. The firm is excited to welcome him as a Partner.
